• “Steve is an awesome realtor. Very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sent me all paperwork as it was completed and kept me informed every step of the way. Very professional and knowledgeable of the steps involved in buying a home. His experience as a home inspector was valuable. I like the automated system he has where he sends out homes that I might be interested in. Closed on the house very quickly thanks to his efficiency in dealing with inspectors and appraisers. He is a top notch realtor that I will definitely use again. Thanks Steve!”

• “Steve was really great at selling our house quickly. He gave us tips on how to improve the appeal of the house, and even sold it for more than any of us expected. While looking for houses, he would learn what we were looking for, and help find us the perfect house. He even went out on his own to help eliminate some and pick out the better houses For us to check out ourselves. I would definitely recommend Steve.”

He will help you with everything he can and will ask you what your wants/likes and deal breakers when looking at your house and negotiating with the previous owner. Very friendly and awesome person. Also he continues to stay in contact with you after the buying process if you have any questions or concerns. Recommend him to anyone buying a home for the first time.”

• “Steve was great in finding me my house. He sent me listings every day for me to review before I went on a walk through. He determined right away on what would work for us. He didn’t send anything that was outside my budget. I had quite a list to narrow down. He texted me or called me often to make sure I was not too overwhelmed. I have no doubt that he will work as hard for you.”
