I'm Steve Ford. I run FordFinds through Great Move Realty out of Canton, Stark County, Ohio. Residential deals across Northeast Ohio — mainly Stark and Summit, sometimes farther.

My specialty isn't a property type. When a deal has more than one moving part — the house and its systems, value, financing, paperwork and title, and the people who need to talk — I diagnose what's going on, connect those pieces, and explain them so you can decide. Prior home-inspection and appraisal work shapes how I look at a property. I'm not your inspector, appraiser, lender, or attorney.

Where that shows up in practice: teaching first-time primary buyers how the pieces fit; lake and lake-view deals (including Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District properties) when docks, associations, and deadlines get sharp; educating township buyers on well and septic when city habits don't transfer; and staying with messy closes — extensions, failed paths that need another route, wire and timing pressure — until there's a real answer.

I work with a long-running transaction coordinator and process partner so the paperwork stays tight while I stay on the problems. Some college, no degree. No award wall.
